I’m a proud father of two energetic young boys, a partner to a loving and expansive soul, and a lifelong learner. I’m fascinated by ecosystems and the interconnectedness of all things, always looking for the bigger picture. Formerly a “cool guy” (I like to think), I’m now an over-thinker and occasional under-feeler. I’m passionate about play and creativity, enjoy dabbling in gardening, and am a terrible texter—but always there when it counts.

A bilingual coach with 15 years in various leadership roles. Trained at Integral Coaching Canada and holds a Bachelor of Business - Entrepreneurship. A compassionate and transformative coach driven by a deep passion for creating spaces where individuals and organizations can grow, heal, and achieve positive, sustainable change.

From growing up on a farm, training as an elite athlete, and through years of management experience across diverse sectors like food, energy, agriculture and manufacturing, I’ve seen firsthand how teams with a shared sense of purpose can create extraordinary change. I have held leadership roles, worked across cultures and built environments where people thrive, reconnect to their best selves, and achieve astonishing accomplishments. This breadth of experience gives me a unique ability to navigate complex systems and bring people together in alignment and meaning to achieve common goals.
