The future of teams

LEADERSHIP & TEAM PERFORMANCE COACHING

Building teams ready for anything

Everything is good, yet...

the inbox never quite empties.

Nothing happens without you. 300 unread emails, putting out fires and your own work never gets done.

The way we lead teams was built for a different world.

Change now moves faster than traditional leadership and planning cycles.

The path changes. Roles change. Technology changes. What your clients and people need changes.

You can't prepare for every situation. You can build a team ready for any situation.

What’s working? What are you building? What could be better?

We’ll have a conversation and see where it takes us.

THE PHILOSOPHY

Leadership boils down to three conditions: clarity, alignment, and support. As teams face more complexity, faster change, and work increasingly shaped by AI, each condition has to go deeper than it used to.

Tap a card to see the shift.

Clarity

Traditionally

Understanding where we are going and what needs to be done. Mission, vision and values. Clarity of direction.

Alignment

Traditionally

Getting everyone on board and moving toward the same destination, Reliance on buy-in, commitment, coordination and discipline.

Support

Traditionally

Giving people what they need, removing obstacles, stepping in when something goes wrong. The leader as the answer.

Clarity gives people a compass.

Alignment gives them a meaningful place in the journey.

Support builds their capacity to navigate.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

  1. Book a call, before anything else, I want to understand what you’re trying to create, what’s getting in the way, and what you’re seeing in your team. No pitch. We’ll have a conversation and see where it leads.

  2. 60 or 90 min online meetings (in person if requested), every 3–5 weeks, or every 1-2 weeks during busier stretches.

  3. Every session comes with a written recap, reflection questions and exercises to carry the work forward.

  4. If needed, we can build a fully custom development program or workshop for your team, by request.

Guidelines:
  • No preparation needed. You are already extremely busy. Just show up.

  • You book as you go, there are no packages or commitments. Continue as long as it serves and return when you want.

  • Most of the leaders I work with are portfolio managers. But if you're carrying both your own book of clients and a team at the same time, the same gap tends to show up and the same work applies.

Harrison Maloney

Executive Coach

The founder of Harrison Maloney Coaching, an executive coaching practice focused on leadership and team performance.

Harrison began his career at Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), where he was deployed internationally to stabilize and rebuild teams. He later joined Evive Nutrition as VP of Operations, leading the company's growth from $3M to $30M in revenue through the COVID-19 pandemic, scaling the team tenfold while maintaining 100% retention. His operational experience spans the energy, manufacturing, and food and agriculture sectors.

Harrison has shifted his focus to coaching investment advisors, working with professionals ranging from early-career advisors to national award winners. He holds a BBA in Entrepreneurship from Bishop's University and is a Certified Coach through Integral Coaching Canada, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Harrison is President of the Board of Les Cocagnes, one of the country's most innovative agroecological projects and the first of its kind in Quebec to be financed through community bonds. He also serves on the Board of the Centre d'Action Bénévole, an organization providing a safety net for vulnerable people in his community.

Earlier in his life, he was a three time unanimously voted captain of his university's football team and was named an All-Canadian for his performance.

Across sport, corporate leadership, and startup culture, Harrison noticed the same throughline: it was never really about the sport, the company, or the industry, it was about the team. That realization has shaped everything since: an enduring focus on how teams organize, function, and perform, and a deep commitment to creating the conditions for people to thrive.

Harrison is a father of two and lives with his family on a farm in Quebec.
